Williamson Heights

Williamson Heights.JPGThis neighborhood, built in 1971, consists of seven row houses, and ten duplexes located on Maple Street, Frederick Street and Williamson Heights in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.  There are 48 apartments; 10 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom, and 7 four-bedroom.  Two one-bedroom apartments have assist features.  All apartments include a gas stove and refrigerator.  Utilities included with rent are electric, natural gas, heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal.  Each apartment has a washer hook-up and clothesline.  Kids will especially enjoy the large playground area.  Each apartment has an off-street parking area.  Williamson Heights is conveniently located within walking distance of a convenience store, a laundromat, a fast food restaurant, medical offices, a bowling alley, and shopping.
